Tuna Melt
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 5 ml (1 tsp) dill, chopped
- 10 ml (2 tsp) light mayonnaise
- ½ can of white tuna, in water
- 2 pickle slices
- 1 slice of Armstrong MEGA Thick Marble Cheddar Cheese Slices
- Freshly ground pepper
Directions
- Mix the dill, mayonnaise, tuna and pepper in a small bowl.
- Spread the tuna mixture on a slice of bread. Top with pickle and Armstrong MEGA Thick Marble Cheddar cheese slice. Cover with the other slice of bread.
- Lightly grill the sandwich in a nonstick pan with a little oil, or in a panini press.
